The Department of Marketing – Market Research and Product Development Section – is conducting a series of training courses targeting the Sudanese banks in order to upgrade and improve performance of the banking sector in the field of detecting and falsifying bank documents.

The first training course was held on Saturday 20/7/2019 at Paradise Hotel in Khartoum. The course was attended by 41 trainees of Bank of Khartoum employees, as a first group.
The course included three lectures, provided by lecturers from Sudan Printing Press Company (SCPP) with high qualifications and accumulated experience.
Mr. Abdul Karim Abdul Hamid Al-Fadul, Director of Marketing Department at SCPP presented the first lecture under the title “Security Features of the Sudanese Currency Denominations”. Followed by Eng. Najem Eldin El Sayed, Director of the Secured Production Department who gave a lecture under the title “Security Features of the Sudanese Checks”, while the last lecture came under the title “Counterfeiting of Signatures on Checks” presented by Mr. Osman Ali Al-Bashir; a one of Secured Production Department staff.


At the end of the course, the Director of Production and Maintenance General Department Eng. Omar Ahmed Mukhtar assured the importance of such workshops in order to enlighten and raise the know-how of all employees in the banking sector.
The course was concluded with the distribution of certificates to the trainees, in the presence of the Director of Production and Maintenance General Department.
